About Us

#OfficerChallenge started as a simple gesture in a challenging time. After getting community support Mike Wing (Founder) and the Ventura County Deputy Sheriff’s Association got together and brainstormed how they could help the community, together as one. Not paying attention to social status, occupation, race or religion. Strictly helping those in need of help within our community. #UnityToSparkChange is a community based project that has brought together amazing non-profit partners, local businesses and individual community members with the same beliefs. Our current focus is helping our community members impacted directly by Covid. However, we are NOT limited to just that. This is a group showing what we can accomplish if we stay away from division and address community issues collectively through unity.
